Create your own account to access The Spire Healthcare secure online referral system

GP Practice Staff

You may now register in your own name and login once to submit multiple referrals from different GPs at your practice. Simply select 'practice member of staff' on the form below.

Healthcare professionals

In addition to GPs, physios, optometry and other healthcare professionals are welcome to register and use Spire Connect to send online referrals to your local Spire Hospital. Please select 'healthcare professional' instead of GP on the form below.
